Compassion. Dignity. Community.

Creating Lasting Change, One Person at a Time

Every meal served. Every conversation shared. Every resource provided.

Each interaction represents an opportunity to restore dignity, build trust, and connect someone with the support they need to move toward a healthier, more stable future.

At MBI Health Foundation, we measure success not only by the number of people we serve, but by the lives we help transform. By addressing immediate needs and reducing barriers to care, we create opportunities for individuals to reconnect with healthcare, secure housing, strengthen relationships, and begin their journey toward recovery.

Our impact extends beyond the individuals we serve—it strengthens families, neighborhoods, and the broader Los Angeles community.

Meeting Immediate Needs

Basic necessities are the foundation of health and well-being.

Every day, our Foundation provides services that help individuals overcome the challenges of homelessness, poverty, food insecurity, and behavioral health conditions.

Through nutritious meals, food distribution, clothing assistance, laundry access, hygiene supplies, and welcoming community spaces, we help restore dignity while creating opportunities for meaningful engagement with supportive services.

Meeting these immediate needs often becomes the first step toward long-term stability.

Building Trust That Leads to Care

For many individuals, seeking healthcare or supportive services can feel overwhelming due to previous experiences, stigma, or limited access.

Our low-barrier, person-centered approach creates a welcoming environment where individuals are treated with compassion, respect, and understanding.

By consistently showing up for our community, we build trusted relationships that encourage individuals to seek healthcare, behavioral health treatment, housing assistance, and other essential services when they are ready.

Trust is often the bridge between crisis and recovery.

Measuring Our Impact

As we continue to grow, we remain committed to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Each year, we evaluate the reach and effectiveness of our programs by tracking meaningful outcomes, including:

  • Individuals and families served

  • Meals distributed

  • Community food distribution events

  • Clothing and hygiene items provided

  • Referrals to healthcare and behavioral health services

  • Housing and supportive service connections

  • Volunteer hours contributed

  • Community partnerships established

  • In-kind donations received

  • Grant-funded outreach initiatives

These measures help ensure our programs continue to respond to the evolving needs of the communities we serve.

Beyond the Numbers

While statistics tell part of our story, our greatest impact is reflected in the lives behind those numbers.

It is the individual who finds stability after months of homelessness.

The family who no longer worries about where their next meal will come from.

The person who finally feels safe enough to seek mental health treatment.

The neighbor who discovers that someone genuinely cares.

These moments of hope, dignity, and connection are the true measure of our work.

Looking Ahead

The need for compassionate, community-based support continues to grow, and so does our commitment to meeting that need.

As the MBI Health Services Foundation expands its programs and partnerships, we remain focused on creating innovative solutions that improve access to care, strengthen communities, and empower individuals to achieve lasting health and stability.

Together with our partners, volunteers, and supporters, we are building a future where every person has the opportunity to thrive.

Be Part of the Impact

Every contribution—whether through volunteering, donating, partnering, or advocating—helps create meaningful change.

Together, we can reduce barriers to care, strengthen our communities, and ensure that every individual has access to the compassion, resources, and opportunities they deserve.

Because lasting impact begins with caring for one person at a time.
